An audience favorite is brought out from Kunstsilo's collections. Draumkvedet (Dream Poem) is the last of Torvald Moseid's major works, completed 7 years before his death.

Torvald Moseid's 54-metre-long embroidery is directly inspired by the legendary Bayeux tapestry, and is an embroidered story based on the Dream Poem from the Middle Ages that tells the story of Olav Åsteson who falls asleep on Christmas Eve and sleeps until the thirteenth day of Christmas. In a dream, he is taken on a journey over to the underworld and gets to see both Hell and Paradise.

The work will be located on Kunstsilo's 4th floor and be in dialogue with the other works there, including Marianne Heske's Gjerdeløa, which is also characterized as an iconic Norwegian work of art.
